From a single implant crown to full-arch work
The laboratory’s implant services include custom abutments, individual crowns, bridges and full-arch restorations. Zirconia and titanium are among the material options. Speak to the laboratory about the restoration and component requirements for your prescription before sending a case.
Design and production in the laboratory
CAD/CAM design, 3D printing and milling are carried out in-house, including the milling of custom implant abutments. Intraoral scans can be considered alongside X-rays and implant information during design. Conventional impression workflows are also supported, so the starting point can be discussed with your practice.
Confirm the implant system before sending
We work with the major implant systems. Include the implant manufacturer, system and component details in your initial enquiry so the laboratory can confirm the appropriate workflow for your case. Agree the scanner or export format and transfer route before sending records.

Full-arch zirconia: final characterisation
This laboratory film documents a full-arch zirconia restoration during final MIYO characterisation and finishing. The published case description identifies design, milling and finishing as work completed at CD Dental Lab. It provides a view of the restoration at the finishing stage; it does not document a patient’s clinical outcome.
