CAD/CAM design, 3D printing and milling in-house, with conventional impression workflows also supported. Agree the right starting point for your prescription with the laboratory.
We use Denslink, our own digital lab ticket platform, to organise laboratory work and keep in touch with dental practices. Digital lab tickets bring case requirements, files and conversations together, helping the practice and laboratory keep track of each job from the initial request through production.
We 3D print a range of models, appliances and restorations for dental practices:
Dental models
Surgical guides
Splints and night guards
Custom impression trays
Temporary crowns and bridges
Denture bases and try-in dentures
In-house milling and finishing
Our milling services include the following restorations, with hand-layered ceramics where specified:
Zirconia crowns and bridges
Full-arch zirconia restorations
Custom implant abutments
e.max restorations
Scanner and file compatibility
We work with major intraoral scanner platforms, including Medit, iTero, 3Shape TRIOS and Dentsply Sirona. Provide your scanner model and proposed export format when you contact us so the transfer route and case requirements can be confirmed. Conventional impressions are also supported.
